Returns Policy – When purchased through TheBalloonWorkshop.com
The Balloon Workshop wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. If you are not satisfied with a product from TheBalloonWorkshop.com, you have up to 14 days from the ship date to return the item. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must contact us prior to returning the product. Any returns sent without contacting us before hand will be refused at time of delivery.
Exchange Policy – When purchased through TheBalloonWorkshop.com
If a product arrives damaged, you have up to 14 days from the ship date to request an exchange. Items with printing or binding defects will be replaced at no charge at the sole discretion of The Balloon Workshop. Items that were damaged by the customer after receipt of the product are not eligible for a return or an exchange. You must contact us prior to shipping the product back for an exchange. Any exchanges sent without contacting us before hand will be refused at time of delivery.

In the event of a return through a retailer, the customer is subject to that retailer’s return and exchange policy and must contact the retailer directly.

Shipping Policy – Domestic Orders (USA)
We ship via USPS media mail, Priority Mail and UPS which can take anywhere from 2-10 days to arrive within the 50 states. Customers needing to receive their book sooner than that will be required to cover all shipping fees. Please contact us to arrange shipping details prior to ordering. All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days from the original order date and time. A shipment confirmation will be emailed once your package is on its way. Due to the scheduling of our fulfillment center, products are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you need a product by a specific date and time, write a detailed explanation in the comments sections of your order or email us directly after placing your order. Shipping Policy – International Orders – Ordered directly from TheBalloonWorkshop.com
Orders with a delivery address outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges as well as costs for customs clearance etc. must be borne by you as the importer of the goods. You should note that customs, policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Property Rights and Rights of Use
All intellectual property rights (meaning patents, registered and unregistered trade marks and service marks, domain names, registered designs and design rights, copyright, database rights and moral rights and rights in computer programs) in and to the Site and all content and materials contained in the Site (“Site Content”) are owned by and shall remain owned by Us or Our licensors. Site Content may only be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes and shall not be reproduced, modified, copied, altered, distributed, framed, republished, displayed, transmitted or sold in any form of by any means in whole or in part. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in any Site Content.

Keeping our customer's information private is important to us, that's why The Balloon Workshop will never sell or rent your information to third parties.
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
